- The owners' identity documents and the title deed.
- The mortgage agreement and loan agreement.
- An informational land register extract and the loan closure letter.
- FNGCIMM approval for the Prima Casă/Noua Casă programme, where applicable.
- The bank representative's identity document and power of attorney.
