Documents to prepare your request
- Title documents and the cadastral acceptance report.
- Urban planning certificate, where required.
- Certificate of completion or extension, or building permit for division into units.
- Land register extract for authentication and the mortgage creditor's consent, where applicable.
- Tax clearance certificate, civil status records and identity documents.
- For a legal entity: a general meeting resolution and company documents.
How the process works
- Send us your request and copies of the documents available.
- We review the file, our jurisdiction and the requirements of the deed, and tell you what further documents are needed.
- We confirm the appointment and which documents must be presented in the original.
