Documents to prepare your request
- Title documents and cadastral records.
- Certificate from the owners' association.
- Tax clearance certificate and land register extract for authentication.
- Civil status records, identity documents and power of attorney, where applicable.
- For an equalisation payment: the amount, payment date and bank accounts.
- For mortgaged property: the creditor's consent.
How the process works

- We review the file, our jurisdiction and the requirements of the deed, and tell you what further documents are needed.
- We confirm the appointment and which documents must be presented in the original.
