- Title documents, cadastral records, the land registration decision and tax clearance certificates.
- Land register extract for notarial authentication.
- The offer, procedural records and applicable approvals.
- Certificate concerning archaeological sites; Ministry of National Defence approval, where applicable.
- Bank accounts, civil status records, identity documents and power of attorney.
- For a legal entity: a general meeting resolution or decision and company documents.
How the process works
- Send us your request and copies of the documents available.
- We review the file, our jurisdiction and the requirements of the deed, and tell you what further documents are needed.
- We confirm the appointment and which documents must be presented in the original.
