Documents to prepare your request
- Title documents and proof of full payment of the price stated in the acquisition deed.
- Cadastral records, the land registration decision and an informational land register extract.
- The creditor's consent, if the property is mortgaged.
- The price, deposit, ownership transfer date and deadline for the final agreement.
- Bank accounts, identity documents, civil status records and power of attorney, where applicable.
- For legal entities: the general meeting resolution or sole shareholder's decision and company documents.

- We review the file, our jurisdiction and the requirements of the deed, and tell you what further documents are needed.
- We confirm the appointment and which documents must be presented in the original.
